My husband and I met Dick in 1999 when we were buying our first home. We didn’t have much of a budget & were looking at fixer uppers. He showed us a home other agents refused to & we are so grateful, it ended up being the home we purchased and still live in & love today. He was fantastic – patient & helpful. I reconnected with Dick on another venture in the fall of 2013 to purchase, yet again, the crappiest house on the block. We had fun with it, Dick did some recon & we planned out our waiting game to try to get it for the price I wanted. Even though it was a low-priced property Dick kept in touch as we strategized, he really kept things moving forward throughout the whole process. It took about a year but the property is now mine & for price that I wanted pay.

Dick has worked with some of my friends too. He’s been great to work with. It wasn’t even a question for me when I decided to go for my second property, he was my first choice without hesitation. He’s easy to work with, easy to get in touch with, good communicator, very straight forward, no games. What you see is what you get. I highly recommend him.
